I have been waiting for almost a week to get a delivery picked up!On Thursday I was told we will be there tomorrow (Friday).

Come Friday, no pick up. No pick up on Saturday either. I gave them grace on Sunday, but Monday I called and was told that they would pick up today! Not so.

It's Tuesday and I called again. Was told that they would get back to me..still waiting for a call. Meanwhile, I have 3 large boxes sitting in the lobby of my hotel awaiting pickup.

If you are a company, never to business with Oak Harbor.Service is poor, they do not do what they say they will do, and for the price it is not worth the hassle.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Have a phone number to call.

I didn't like: Do not pick up as promised.
